I'm a 3/5 Splenic Projector with Split definition. While I still don't have a grasp on a lot of the jargon used in HD, I do have a deep respect for the system and find that I relate to about 90% of how Projectors are described. I feel more resonate with the Gene Keys and its contemplative approach, but would like to understand more how to "live my design" as they say. It feels super hard to be a Projector in such a material world! I have still not found my place at the age of 40. The biggest struggle I have had is in valuing my wisdom and turning my strengths into some sort of career. I have many passions and gifts, but am very unfocused and tend to procrastinate and isolate. Thank you so much for writing about HD in an accessible way! I hope to engage and connect here to learn more.
And one more thing - feeling safe enough to really be "me" (whatever/whoever she is!) has been a HUGE struggle in my life. I wonder how to heal the conditioning in my open centers - how would I begin this process?
Thank you so much for your message—it really touched me.
Discovering you’re a Projector is just the start of the journey isn’t it. It’s hard in a world that’s always rushing and pushing. Learning a new way of interacting. You’re not alone in how you feel. So many of us have struggled to find where we fit, especially in this quest to use our natural gifts to build a business.
Your 3/5 profile means you’re here to learn by trying things out (even if they don’t always work) and to share what you learn with others. You don’t need to have it all figured out first—just be real and share your truth. Your 5 line needs to have really good boundaries as people will see you as the superhero who can solve their problems.
And with Splenic Authority, your body gives you gentle nudges in the moment—like a whisper or a quiet feeling. It’s not loud or logical. This is really intuitive- practice listening in the moment and noticing how you connect to this.
You asked about undefined/open centres—this is where we can pick up energy and pressure from others. In my experience it all starts by noticing and becoming conscious when you’re trying to prove yourself, rushing to keep up, or changing to please others etc. Just noticing is enough to begin. Then leaning into the whys - stories, experiences, beliefs, that support those thoughts (lots of journaling and free writing). When I get to the point that I have that thing I’ve done a lot of inner child visualisations to support this which really works for me).
If you’d like to share your chart or let me know which centres are open or undefined, I’d be happy to give you some more personal guidance.
And if you ever fancy a chat and a cuppa, I’d love to have a look at your chart with you and explore how you a little.
Hey Sarah! Wow, thanks so much for this detailed explanation and your generous offer. I would love to meet with you for a chat! I really appreciate your welcoming heart - it does help to feel less alone in it all 💜🙏🏼 That 3/5 line really gets the best of me...
Hey my lovely, I just wanted to say hello. I’m out at the moment (in the garden with a glass of cold white wine and a neighbour is coming over), so I’ll reply properly tomorrow. I’m really happy this connected in an accessible way for you. Sending love 💕
